Plant includes Machine Hall, Electrical Annex Building, Demineralisation Building, Cooling Tower, Cooling Tower Pump House, Heat Recovery Steam Generator, Fire Fighting Pump House, Piperacks and cable trenches. Construction period is 26 months (95% in the first 12 months)
