The goverment of Azerbaijan – Ministry of Culture andTourism- is developing a Winter & Summer Tourism Resort in the CaucasianMountains. Total planning area of resort is 2050 ha. A team of civil andstructural engineers have been providing structural and civil design servicesof Main Plaza, Welcome Plaza, Fire, Service Workshop Buildings, Transformers.
